Thea thought she wold play a trick on David. She had some of her friends who worked for the CCPD arrest her though she really wasn't arrested she made it look like she was turning herself in. Really she didn't tell them the reason for her arrest as then she wpuld really be in trouble. Though she wondered if this was a good idea having them arrest her on fake grounds they could up losing their jobs but they seemed happy to comply with it.

As she was being led to an interrogation room one of her friends was sent to David's office to tell him there was someone for him waiting in the interrogation room. She stifled a giggle as she was cuffed to the seat. Really she wasn't it was just made to look like it. She sat bored and stared off into space as she knew there could be cameras watching her.

David had been back from Starling City for a few mere days, basically catching up on things he had missed when away.. both for the CCPD and for the Blue Lightning.. though he had not made an outing as Blue Lightning since he had returned. More for the Reason that Barry had told him he had it, and he should concentrate on whatever had brought him to Star city. So for David, that meant the League.. The League may not have been Barry's enemy, but now they were David's, thanks to Thea. She had dragged him into a war he had not really signed up for. Yet it was one he would fight for her safety.

SO when he was notified someone was waiting for him in interrogation, and he was given no information, he assumed it was someone involved with the league, as his main cases were League stuff, or Meta humans. However when he got there.. he realized it was both.. and it was quite a shock.

"Thea? What did you do?" He hissed, now panicking. What was he going to do to get her out of here without loosing his job?

Thea looked up when she heard David. Deciding she should a with him for a little while. "I was caught stealing supplies while dressed in my League uniform." She told him the coat was just so comfortable that she sometimes wore it though she was told to get supplies for the League.

Thea played with her hair slightly and watched how he reacted to that. To be honest she was just here to visit him but she wanted him to think she was arrested at least for now. Leaning against the cold metal chair. She watched him she studied him his facial expressions his movements. She herself showed no expression on her face.

David growled quietly, mostly to himself. "Thea, you know sometimes you can be really stupid. You know what the League is like.. what Ra's is like. Once Ra's learns you framed the League.. or even just assumes you were caught while doing work for the league, he will have you killed.. they don't risk people talking.. you know this." Now,even if he could not break her out.. he would have to make sure she was protected at all times.. which was frankly.. not his job, and he didn't have the man power under him to do that. He basically didn't have any man power under him.

So he stood there.. waiting for some brilliant explanation. Meanwhile he was forming some sort of plan.. which included the Flash breaking her out.. or maybe if Barry did not want that image for the Flash, having Oliver and Team Arrow do it.

Thea just smirked slightly. "Well it is a good thing I actually not arrested. Sorry wanted to play a joke and wanted to surprise you." She said as she moved the hand that was cuffed to the chair to prove that she really wasn't cuffed. She waited for his response honestly she was on the outs with the League anyways so this could put things over the top though as always she took care of herself.

Thea really hoped she wouldn't be in much trouble or would the friends who helped her but honestly she didn't know what would happen during this. She was just uncomfortable walking in by herself to the police department. As her past and that of her mother's even Oliver's they were heavily involved with the police and she guessed that scared her if they would pull out her rap sheet would she even be permitted to visit David?

David sighed angerly. "Thea.. there are other ways to surprise me you know. Like you know.. me coming home to find you in some sort of seductive pose on my furniture.. thats how most people surprise another person" This was not the kind of surprise he enjoyed, not when others did it of course.. but if she had.. he would have probably enjoyed it.

He sighed "You know, this is not how I would have wanted to get in you handcuffs" he smirked at her, before sitting down across the table from her.
