The only reason that Harley would ever remove her make up, even a little bit, was when she was going out in public and she didn't want to be detected. She was going to be shopping today to try and pick up some things that Mr. J would like - to try and cheer him up and make him give her one of those million dollar smiles that made her weak at the knees. She'd spend all her money on him if that was what it took for him to give her one of those grins.

Sighing happily even at the memory of such a thing, Harley opened the door to her car and clambered out in front of one of the shopping centers just out of the Gotham city limits. It was quite quiet though, mostly because most of the people who went to the mall disappeared when all of the residents of Gotham did seeing as it was closer to Gotham than it was to any of the other nearby cities. That was perfect for her though, she didn't want a lot of people gawking at her while she went around and did her errands.

There were a few things that she needed to pick up that her puddin' had asked her to, mainly food and basic other things they needed around the base. While she was driving there though, that was when she had the idea to use some of her own money to buy Mr. J some surprises that he would love. It didn't need to be anything expensive, in fact, most expensive things Mr. J really hated.

As she slammed her car door shut, and locked it tight, Harley made her way into the main area of the mall. She paused a moment in front of the directory to see what kind of shops were here that she could look in for his present. As she examined the different stores, Harley cocked her hip to one side and rested a hand on it - a stance she often took when she was standing around. Humming slightly as she continued to read the list, her eyes lit up when she saw one particular store.

She was definitely going to have to visit that one.

It was a joke shop, somewhere on the upper mall. It would be worth the walk even in these tall red stiletto heels. So what if her feet hurt afterwards? She'd have a big puddin' grin to cheer her up when she got home and that was the best medicine possible.

Stepping back, Harley thudded into someone's chest who must have approached her to read the directory too. A small gasp fled her lips and she swiftly turned to see who it was she had just stepped back into, a frown on her face as she did so;

"Hey, watch it!" she berated "Don't stand so close next time, bozo."

Tommy was tired of being locked away in Arrow's cave. Dressed in jeans, black tank top, donning a black hoodie that was the same color as his shirt and seemed to meld into the jeans thatfit just right he slipped into the jet black shoes. Moving to make sure that he had the hoodie with the hood up and his quiver of arrows hidden beneath this he grabbed the bow and draped it over his left shoulder. Zipping up the zipper until it was a couple inches from being completely zipped. Without bothering to leave a note, just grabbing his phone, he took off.

He went and found his motorcycle that he recently fixed up and took off down onto the wide open road. Using the highway to make his way away from Starling City. Driving without a goal in mind. Reflecting over his life. His time with his best friend Oliver. All they had been through. Now they were the best of friends. He kept driving until he found himself thousands of miles from anywhere familiar. Pulling into a gas station and asked directions to the nearest mall. Might as well blow some more time. Paying with cash he thanked the cashier and was hitting the road again.

Coming to a stop outside the mall. The city of gotham in the outskirts. Parking on the sidewalk and kicking the kickstand he made his way inside. "Interesting place." he muttered. he moved through the area and searched for the chart directory map. Looking at it he didn't realize the woman walked back until he heard a gasp. Looking down at her a bit. "I was trying to see what the mall provided. My apologies." Came the audible yet veiled words. Bozo? Who even used that word anymore.

Harley couldn't help but lessen her aggression when the guy apologised to her, it was a really nice move, real gentlemanly and she appreciated it. It was better than her getting a mouthful for saying something back to him, when technically she had to admit that it was she who had walked into him instead of vice verse. In her defense though he really shouldn't have been standing too close to her - from that distance he might have even been able to smell her perfume.

Flicking some of her blonde hair over her shoulder, Harley smiled lightly and nodded her head at the man;

"It's alright I suppose." she replied "Just make sure that you don't go creeping up on people again, ya hear?" Harley warned with a small laugh showing that she didn't mean too much by the statement. That it wasn't meant in an overly angry way. Her irritation was left quite at the door, so to speak. An apology certainly went a long way, as it was something that she wasn't used to, whenever she did get an apology for something it was like finding a double rainbow.

Placing her hand on her hip she looked over the guy that she had bumped into, and wondered what he was doing here if he didn't know the mall that well. Maybe he was new around here like her and could use some help navigating around. She knew that the joke shop was somewhere in the upper mall but, she didn't want to wander around for hours looking for it when she could be fetching other things. This guy could help her.

"So, you never been here before either?" she asked, with a small smirk on her lips "Fancy lookin' around with me? Better than being lost all on our own right? We won't have any fun that way."

Tommy was mentally spending too much time griping over the fact he was errand boy for Oliver and his kid who got themselves in house arrest. He was checking out some information...maybe. He hadn't really decided that. Everything right now seemed to be on a whim. Or a need for freedom outside the four walls. Things were tense. A friend of Oliver's god daughter had news to share. Involving Gotham. Then there was the fact Thea was missing. Yet seemed to make an appearance. He was having a hard time keeping up. A ride without a destination in mind usually worked. It had. Now he felt a need to drive past this mall later on and into Gotham. See things for himself.

Not that he disbelieved anything he just found it a logical excuse. Turning his phone off so Oliver couldn't text him nor his tech savvy kid. Shaking his head beneath the hood and looked at the blond woman before him. He wondered why this woman's face seemed familiar? Quickly looking up at the map again. "I'll keep that in mind. Accidental creeping can't really be held against a guy can it?" He said in a joking way. Chuckling slightly at her statement. She had an amusing way of apologizing when it hadn't even really been his fault. Not that he would hold it over his head. That just wasn't right to do with a lady.

He looked at her with a tilting of his head. "Seems this place has all kinds of arms stores from military basics to knives. Never seen a mall like this before." He mused outloud. Wondering if she could give him more information about this place if he fished without seeming to be fishing. He had moved his gaze back to the board to make the comment have a clearly geared towards the chart on the board before them feel. Not a fishing for details type. He studied the other stores. "Fishing. Snack food central area. Clothing stores. This place has to be one of the biggest malls I have ever seen. You could workout just walking the whole building." He said in amazement.

Shaking his head a bit and moved so he wouldn't risk being bumped into by this woman again. He looked at her again. "No. Honestly never been here." He said. Thinking about it a bit. "Sure. I don't have anything else to do. I think I want to check out a few of the weapons stores if you don't mind." He looked at her. "Any fun? Do tell." he said in amusement. The inner bad boy curious now.

Harley nodded her head with a triumphant smirk on her lips when the guy said that he would keep what she said in mind. She really did want him to, that way no unsuspecting woman would back into him in the future. Not all of them might be as nice about it as she had been. If something like that had happened in the center of Gotham - girls might not have stopped to speak but resorted to attacking first.

Good thing they hadn't been in Gotham though.

Gasping slightly when she heard that the mall had weapons stores, Harley almost jumped forwards to look at the directory again completely surprised that she had missed that there. With wide excited eyes she looked at the guy and clapped her hands together in glee, maybe she could put one of the jokes and one of the weapons together. Make a really great present for her Puddin'.

"Ooh goodie, let's go to one of the weapon stores together. You're a guy, you can help me pick out something that a guy would like, right?" she asked almost bouncing with childish delight as she waited to rush off in the direction of the weapons store "Let's go, let's go!"

Making her way from the sign in the direction she thought the weapons shop was in, Harley didn't know that it was in fact in the complete opposite direction. In her enthusiasm she had let the map of the mall go completely out of her head, someone would need to stop her before she went off too far in the wrong direction. No doubt it would be embarrassing but, far less than if she had to walk the full circuit of the mall in order to rectify her mistake.

"Come on slow poke!" she shouted over her shoulder.

Maks was meeting an old friend. He was to meet another associate, one from Russia aswell - a man named Kalinski. Typical named, yet he knew a man named Ivan aswell, so he could not complain what so ever. He told him to meet by the large mall just outside of Gotham, since, likely, nobody would be there, for... obvious reasons.

Pulling up to the mall, he simply parked his motorcycle jn front of it - an older model - to be pleasantly,  and unpleasantly, suprised. There was a car, and another motorcycle aswell. Perhaps he had already arrived with an associate? Eh.

Dismounting from the bike, sunglasses blocking the light, he pulled out his phone, and, entering the mall, put it up to his ear, and said, to the reciever, "Калинский ? Да , это я. Ты здесь? Ох ... дерьмо . Должен ли я переждать сторону ? Хорошо . Пока.". The words, only heard by him through tje phone, told him one thing - Kalinski was not at the mall. Then did that mean others were here?

As he began looking around, barely moving from his position,  called out, his accent noticeable if anyone could hear him, "Hello? Who's here? You a friend of Kalinski?", yet he doubted any body would hear him, in the empty mall, not counting the stores.

Tommy just started following her. He didn't make any moves to remove his hoodie from where it was despite being indoors. he looked at the woman as she clapped in glee. How did he just end up being her companion through a mall? For that matter...did he just get volunteered for more than traveling through a strange mall with this beautiful yet all over the place young woman? He hadn't missed anything yet he felt like he was getting caught in the whirlwind that Harley caused.

He looked at her as she spoke. "I was planning to go there...and you did decide we'd venture through this mall together. Less lonely I believe you said. So if you happen to follow me into one of the weapons stores we pass on the way to your shop you mentioned...sounds like a plausible occurance." he said with a shrug. Looking at her. "Most likely. Wait...did I just get volunteered for and unwittingly agree to something?" He asked and said. Backing his thoughts up and then face palmed. "I did...I just agreed to help you pick something out for you man or something. Eh...whatever." He said with a snicker.

Watching her as she practically started bouncing all around the walls. What did he...miss? This was more than just a convient occurance that he intended to go to weapon shops and suddenly was helping her pick things out for her guy friend...or was he overthinking? He followed after her and looked at her. "Uh...miss? I believe this is the part where I point out that you are going the wrong way." he pointed his thumb over his shoulder as he kept up with her. "We need to go thataway...your going thisaway. We'd have to go full circle to even get to your joke shop or whatever it was let alone the weapons stores." he pointed out.

Harley frowned at a guy who had just entered the mall, he was speaking on the phone but that wasn't what had made her frown. He was calling out in the mall, asking whether someone was a friend of Kalinski. Now she had never heard of a guy by that name but she sure as hell didn't know who he would be talking to if not her seeing as she was the closest person to him at the time.

She stopped in her walking towards where she thought the weapons shop was and cocked her hip, placing a hand on it as she regarded the guy. He was pretty good looking, Harley wasn't going to lie, but what was it with guys appearing out of nowhere on her today? She must have looked damn near irresistible, she rationalised to herself. Why else would they be coming up to her in the first place, wasn't like they knew each other.

"No sweetie pie I ain't never heard of anyone called that before." she said in reply to the guy, flipping her long blonde hair over her shoulder as she did so "Ain't even ever been to this mall before so, don't know what direction to point ya in."

When she heard the other guy she had been talking with shout over to her that the weapons and jokes shop was in the completely other direction to where she had been heading Harley blushed spectacularly. She peered over her shoulder at the place where she had just come from, where the guy was still standing and worried her lower lip between her teeth. Now didn't she feel the fool?

Clearing her throat she turned on her heel and made her way back to the guy wearing the hoodie, calling over her shoulder at the other male as she left him where he stood;

"You can come with us if ya want. Look for your friend while you're at it. Better than being on your own, you'll have a good time, promise." Harley teased, giving the guy a wink as she turned her attention back to the first guy she had met.

She came to stand beside him and stuck her hands into her back trouser pockets, her flush returning to her cheeks slightly as she tried to deal with the embarrassment at going the wrong way. Gripping the sleeve of his hooded top, Harley swiftly began to march off in the right direction this time attempting to drag the guy with her as she went.

"Well come on then, we don't got all day." she exclaimed, trying to cover up her mistake.
