Clark no here he would be known as Kal - El he was facing one of his most fierce rivals on his own turf. He didn't want any innocent bystanders to get hurt in their battle. He was hoping to end it once and for all though he wasn't sure if it would be possible. One thing was for sure that Darkseid wasn't expecting him to show up here. He knew that he wouldn't be welcome but did he care no. He had been caught by surprise by his visits before and he didn't really want to be caught again.

Kal - El allowed himself be led to his rivals throne room though once he was inside he broke free from the guards. He was not here to be a prisoner. He was here to battle the king of this planet. "Let's finish this Darkseid!" He said As he stood there ignoring everyone else except the man on the throne his rival. He wanted him dead and dead by his hand so that no one had to deal with him again. He didn't want anyone to get hurt by him. He was done with watching people suffer all to get his attention. Here he was he came so that this feud could be ended and he knew that it couldn't end with both of them living. So if fate had it he was prepared to die though it was not his main plan. Kal'el felt the ground beneath his feet begin to crumble and he quickly jumped up unharmed. He sent a kick at his opponents chest while he was in the air. He then landed on his feet on a piece of floor that wasn't destroyed. "I am glad that you excepted." He said as he eyed Darksied down. Keeping his wits about him he waited for his next move. "So you tried to bury me in an earthquake I thought that you knew better then that."

Darkseid took the kick and was sent a few feet away from where he was standing. "Hmm, You have improved. This is good." he said quietly. His eyes narrowed, as he looked at the man called Superman. "I am merely testing you boy." he looked at him and sent his Eye Laser at Superman's chest. Hoping to knock him back and wound his chest. Darkseid's intention was to kill Superman. He had no desire to let him live at the moment.
