Qui was standing on the streets putting on a miming performance. His bag open and on the ground before him. He had already done the mime in a box routine. The crowd seemed enthralled with every bit of the show. Putting up his hand to signal one minute he mimed reaching in and pulling out an object...a harp. Slowly starting to strum the keys. At first the sound was faint then the music began to ring out as he acted like he was moving to sit on a chair that was not really there. Playing a harp that couldn't be seen yet played out invisibly. Eyes closed as he moved in time with the music. Fingers plucking invisible harp cords. As silently he played and let the music play out for everyone.

Melody wandered around. Feeling lost she hugged herself. The thin coat she had over the rest of the outfit not helping much. She sipped at her water bottles. She needed to find more free water or a place to swim. Without people around that is. She felt lost and lonely more so than she usually did. She heard beautiful music and her feet walked in that direction. Listening to the odd yet silent player. She heard music but couldn't see any harp. It didn't make sense. How was this boy doing it?

Qui gave a few minutes of pause before he started on a second song. People throwing money into the basket on the ground before him. He played the invisible harp still as he didn't know a small crowd of citizens were gathering. He heard singing faintly but didn't stop playing the invisible harp. When the song ended the singer vanished far away leaving qui strumming the invisible harp. A boombox nearby and seemed on but it wasn't really. his gifts were causing the music.

Sam stood by the side, watching the blond boy play an invisible harp. It was amazing what some people could do. Sam could never do something like what the boy was doing.

The blond male stepped forward and threw quite a few twenty dollar notes into the boys bag before stepping back again. He smiled softly as he listened to the soft strumming of a harp. It was beautiful.

Qui liked performing and making people happy. He was semi-adjusting to having a place to live with Aiden. Other times he felt he was a burden. He had a sissy name Kanon. A big brother named Aiden. A great friend named Sam. He had so many things he hadn't had before. The next song he played on the harp was Fireflies by Owl City. He strummed the musical instrument that was created and sounded out only by his ability but the music player beside him made it sound like it came from the radio. So that he continued playing. He smiled as he worked as people seemed to be enjoying it. It brought a bit of happiness to them.

When the song was over he bowed and acted like he put the instrument away. The small music player turned off and he put it up as well. People drifted away after tossing money into the hat. He walked over and picked it up. Not yet noticing Sam until he'd almost but not quite walked into him. "Sam!" he said brightly after wiping his face on his sleeve vigorously to get the makeup off his face. He looked at him happily. "WHy you here? Is big brother okay?"

Sam chuckled softly at Qui's worry and patted the blonds neck. "Don't worry, Aiden is fine. I just heard there was a blond boy performing and I thought it might have been you so I came to see you." The blond smiled at his friend. "You were pretty amazing out there." He complimented the blond. "And you looked pretty cute."

Qui blinked and moved away from being touched on the neck. He had a bad memory of someone touching him there and he blacked out. He looked at him as he spoke. "I'm glad. Big brother is okay." He said. Speaking in German then Russian. Forgetting which it was that Sam said he understood and could speak fluently. Looking at him as he spoke. "You know other blond boys who perform?" He asked in a curious tone. Blushing greatly. "Thanks...can you keep a secret?" He asked as he leaned in and had a finger to his lips. Flushing a bit. "Nyah!!! Don't say weird things Samuel!" He stammered out in broken english.
