Xavier made his way towards the Restaurant, He enjoyed to eat while he was in Starling City. He was wearing, A Black leather Jacket, jeans, boxers, boots, socks, Shirt, ID, Wallet with some cash and Driver's license. His Truck parked outside as he. Entered he would make his way towards a lovely female. Xavier spoke."Say you don't know anything that involves around Drinks here? I'm kinda new to this Restaurant. I've never brought anything to drink? ANy suggestions? I've ate here but I have not drunk anything from here." he told her slowly.

Laurel looked up as a man spoke to her she smiled softly and nodded "yes there is many bars around the city never been to many because I don't like to get drunk for fun but I have seen them around." She spoke softly "and there is a few beer and wine stores around town"
