Kristem yawned as she stretched out before falling off the couch. "Ow," Kristem groaned out as she pulled herself off the ground. It took the woman a couple seconds to recognize where she was, but once she did, Kristem immediately set out to find Thana, calling out her name in the process.

Thana had stayed up most of the night, and was at one of her work benches experimenting on some thing when she heard the thump from Kristem. "Over here ." Thana called out, "Breakfast is on the kitchen table, I'll be with you in a minute."

With that Thana kept her eyes steadily on the microscopic lens and moved her hands underneath it, sautering a tiny piece of computer systems together.

Groggily, Kristem made her way over to Thana. Kristem notices that the girl in question was hunched over something. "What you working on?" Kristem asks, looking over her friend's shoulder. She couldn't find an angle where what her friend was doing made sense so Kristem stepped away and went over to her bag, pulling out a pop tart from one of the pockets. "I brought my own breakfast, unless of course, you took the time to make something, then I'll save this for later," Kristem comments to her friend.

Thana smiled and pointed to the kitchen table with her foot behind her. "I did just say that sleepy head." She said, a hot breakfast waiting for the girl. "Just some Nano-Tech, I'm almost done." Thana told her, sauntering a bit more before stopping for a minute to give her hand a break. "Go eat miss sexy sleepy head."

"No, you said there was breakfast on the counter. For I know, it could have been cereal," Kristem teased, throwing the Pop Tart back into the bag and walking into the kitchen. "Waffles," Kristem squealed, seeing what Thana had made her.

Kristem loaded a stack up on her plate, sneaking in a quick before letting out a moan. "You do realize this counts as spoiling me."

Kristem walked over to the fridge when she heard Thana describe her work. "That sounds like something way over my head, though, knowing your type, I'm guessing you've been up all night working on it. Have you even have had any of the marvelous waffles you made?" Kristem commented while she searched through the fridge. "You also have maple syrup somewhere in here right?"

Thana smiled and nodded, " Right." She said, and listened. Then listened to her, "I take it you do like waffles then?" She teased back.

She shrugged, though she couldn't really point let alone know if Kristem could see it. "Yeah something like that, took a break somewhere this morning and made the waffles for you and no I haven't. I don't eat waffles." Thana answered, and listened to Kristems next question. "Third shelf, right side, behind the apple sauce."

"Waffles are a personal favorite of mine," Kristem says before taking another bite.

Kristem turned to look at Thana and let out a fake gasp, "How can you not like waffles, they are like, the best breakfast food ever." Kristem held her horror face for a couple seconds before breaking down into laughter. Once she composed herself, Kristem found the maple syrup from Thana's instructions. Kristem then turns to Thana. "Did you at least eat something?" Kristem asked while drowning her waffles in maple syrup.

Thana looked over her shoulder as Kristem spoke again, "I dunno, just never have." She answered and didn't answer as she was asked about eating. Instead she changed the subject and finished up her work.

"There all done, what do you want to do for the day? Check out the gym? Or do you want to do that this afternoon? I already got you the job."

Kristem looked over at Thana, "You have tried Waffles right, they are the most magical food out there."

Kristem didn't miss her friends lack of answer. "I'm guessing from your lack of answer, you haven't eaten, so you will come over here and eat while we talk about the plans. And don't make me make you come over here, I can be rather evil," Told her friend.

Thana looked at Kristem and rolled her eyes, "Of course I have tried them I just
don't like them." She answered, of course she had tried them. LIke..duh.

She did raise an eyebrow though as Kristem tried to threaten her, "Uhuh sure." Thana said.
but moved over on her swivel chair and grabbed an apple. "See there happy now?" she teased
back. Before using her computer chair to wheel over to the computers and pulled them up and went back to them after taking a
giant bite of her apple.

Kristem sighs and looks at her friend. "I would prefer if you had more than just a single apple, but at least you are eating something, so I won't have to play dirty today," Kristem commented as she went back to the eating her waffles.

"So, I would like to check out the gym today, when's my first day on the job?" Kristem stated.

Thana smiled and looked at the girl. "I don't eat much more then that for breakfast, don't worry hun I eat and keep sustained." Thana assured her, and went back to her computer.

"You have your first shift tomorrow evening, I can take you to the gym shortly. I have a small apartment set up for you near the gym."

Kristem let out an exaggerated sigh before turning back to her meal, "I swear, some of you computer types want to look like super models while doing it."

"Ah, that means I don't get to stay on your super comfy couch?" Kristem comments, exaggerating her disappointment.

Thana looked at Kristem and laughed, "Us computer types don't mean to." She said, and said nothing further on it. And nodded as she said that she didn't get to stay on the super comfy couch. "You can if you so wish, but I think you would rather the apartment. You can bring people home that way." Thana explained to her with a wink.

Continuing to type away Thana finished the apple in a whole of two bites before throwing the core behind her and landing it in the bin, like always. Then thought of a random question. "Are you the dom or sub in a relationship?"

"You'll find that I don't really take people home all that often. I'm fairly close to Demisexual for anything other than a good make out session," Kristem informs her friend.

Thana's question catches Kristem off guard for a second before she regains her wits and her face splits into a devious grin. "A Dom, why, you looking to submit?" Kristem responds with, doing very badly at keeping her face straight.

Not saying anything Thana nodded, as she listened. Fair enough, Thana hadn't ever done more then a make out sesh so....She didn't know much more then that. Not that she would admit it, only like two people actually knew that she was still a V Card player.

She laughed and looked at Kristem and shook her head, "No, sadly I am taken." Thana answered, and shook her head. Keeping her face straight as it was, if she didn't have Nyssa then she would of certainly gone for the girl.

"Ah, where is this woman so I can battle for your honor?" Kristem manages to get out halfway before laughing the rest out. She just laughs for a couple minutes before she pulls herself together.

"In all honesty, she had better be treating you right, or I will have issues with her," Kristem states firmly.

Thana smiled as she listened , and laughed slightly . " She is like a shadow , but if we break up I'm all yours ." She said to her and nodded. Nyssa treated her very very well.

" Yes she does, she treats me very well and it's the same likewise ." Thana explained , " She understands that in some things I want to take time, but Godamn she is a fucking kisser ." She said to her, " And drop dead gorgeous ."

"Does this mysterious girlfriend have a name?" Kristem asks, digging for information. "Though I promise not to try and break you up just to get with you, I am not that type of person."

"Good, I would be disappointing if you were stuck in a crappy relationship, you are too good for that. I think I'll have to meet this woman at some point," Kristem commented.

Thana smiled, "This mysterious girl does have a name but I am not sharing it." she said, she protected Nyssa and her secret. Too many enemies on both sides otherwise, "I didn't think you would be the type to break us up."

She smiled and looked at Kristem, "Perhaps, but she is a busy woman, we both are." She explained, and stretched out on the chair she was on and cracked her neck and knuckles.

"I can respect that, I guess those with secret identities like to date those with the same, makes things simpler?" Kristem teases before finishing off her food and taking the plate over to the sink.

"I can understand that as well, though I would much like to meet the mysterious girlfriend, if she is willing. Though, I hope you aren't too busy where you won't join me checking out the gym at the very least," Kristem replied.

Shaking her head Thana didn't answer what Kristem asked, she didn't need to . Kristem would know the answer to that, and she rolled her eyes. "Something like that."

Thana smiled as Kristem spoke again, "I will ask her if she wants to, okay? And yes I can show you the gym, its mainly night time I am busy." Thana explained, "Always got time for someone on the same list. We stick together remember. "

Kristem face turns into a devilish grin as she goes in to some teasing, "So, you have a masked girlfriend. Is she one of them that likes to wear a catsuit, those always bring out the body. Or is she one of those girls that wear the heavy robes and hood, where you can slowly peal off each layer, teasing each other."

"I would appreciate that, but only if she's up to it, I don't want to impose," Kristem comments on meeting Thana's girlfriend.

"That list, I've met half of them. I have scars given to me by a good third of them, most of them are not nice people. Yes, we'll stick together, but most of the other people on that list I would not trust with my enemies life, let alone my own," Kristem states.

Smirking Thana laughed to herself, " Both, sexy corset and hood." She said to her and blushed. Thana didn't want to impose too much on her relationship with her girlfriend, and was glad when Kristem began speaking of the list again.

She herself had met many people on the list, not many were alive now because of it. "I've met most of them, without them knowing it was me." She said, "Only one tried to give me a scar, he never tried again." She explained, "Scar face left the list very quickly."

"Ohhh, a corset, that's nice," Kristem teased some more.

"Wait, back up, you're the one who made him run away with his tail between his legs. Oh, that is brilliant, he never said to anyone who scared him that much that he never went back to killing. Dude, you are now a freaking goddess in my eyes. I have a scar from that dude, he's tough, and you managed to freak him out, DUDE," Kristem ranted a bit before running up and wrapping Thana in a hug.
