Akira slipped around the corner, sticking to the shadows of the warehouse in which she knew Kageyama, who supposedly had connections to Akechi, resided.  One of her sources had told her that he would be carrying out a deal that night, making it the perfect time to strike because he was away from his secure base.  Coming up to the door, she was lucky that they had not ensured it was closed, and from that angle it was easy to see the subjects involved.  Her target was in sight, and, dressed in her Kohai disguise, she struck.

First she took out the largest bodyguards with a small blow-dart gun armed with a mild poison, which would bring them near to death but not kill them.  As soon as they were down she sprinted through the door, unsheathing her katana and heading toward Kageyama.  The man was scared, Akira could see it in his eyes, and as she brought the sword up to his neck she could not help but grin maliciously.  Fear would bring her answers, fear would lead her to Akechi. "Tell me what you know about Akechi!" She demanded, pressing the blade closer to his neck as they hit a wall.

Silence.  Kageyama said nothing but betrayed his thoughts as his glance flickered to over Akira's shoulder.  She risked it and turned her head only to see another man calling a number that she identified only after it had been dialed.  911.  The police were being summoned.  In an instant she removed one hand from her katana and shot another dart at the man with the phone, but not before he had gotten out their location.  Everything was going wrong.

"Kuso!" She cursed quietly, realizing that she had very little chance of getting away if she did not leave at that instant.  The SCPD would show up within a relatively short amount of time, but she had not yet gotten anything from Kageyama. "Tell me now!" He did nothing but stare back at her, mouth set in a thin line.  Sirens could be heard and she panicked, kneeing him in the torso and throwing him to the ground, perhaps breaking a rib and causing internal bleeding if she was lucky.  She had to get out of there, but it was already too late.  She had failed.

Adam was at the station when they received word a 911 call and someone telling the details of a cry for help. As once Adam Dispatched a team and made his way over towards the location with the police. Adam made his way towards the building and wondered what would it be this time. Police stormed it. As they stormed it they would then pointed their guns at the woman with the blade, Surrounding her. Adam pointed he's gun at her and he spoke."Put your Weapon down." he said with authority. As he did this he would then Look at her and shake his head.

Akira was angry, but also disappointed in herself.  She had failed to take into account the other men present despite having the means to eliminate them.  She scowled at the officer, narrowing her eyes, which were actually the only visible part of her face.  Her outfit covered every part of her body aside from her left hand, part of her neck, the back of her head, and her eyes.  Sometimes she considered wearing goggles, but that would most likely inhibit her all-seeing eyes, which she had fortunately not been using when the police entered.

Reluctantly, she put down her katana, but only under the threat of being shot.  She was not willing to risk potential death, especially so early in her search for Akechi.  She wondered if they could tell just at a glance what her moral standing was, her age, her birthplace, but that was an idiotic concept.  They were average police, not specialized detectives, and she was hidden almost entirely.  Akira hoped that she would not remain in the SCPD's custody for long, as she had a plan to carry out, one that was most likely time-sensitive.  For now she would go along with their orders, if only to get free sooner.

Her clothing was different from your avenge people that usually killed or stalked the night for people. Perhaps she was a Vigilante of some sort? Who knew. Adam went in, while the others held their guns. Once she lowed her blade. He would then hand cuff her. And read her Miranda rights to her. And would her way towards his squad car. Putting her in the back sit. He would get in the drivers sit and then begin to drive off.

"So, what made you try and drive a Sword into his neck?" he wondered. As he remembered her Katana. That was a very deadly weapon if used improperly. He wondered what a woman like her would do with such things. She was a woman. Her Outfit did not hid her lady parts. Which meant she was a woman. He shook his head and sighed."What does a woman like you do at night?" He had yet to removed her mask, he would do that once they were at the station. Right now wasn't a good time to stop the car, just to simply take off a mask. Nor was Adam eager to do so. Shaking he's head."I presume you had a a good reason to attempt to strike the man to his death?" He asked her. He didn't care, This woman should not have being doing any of that.

It was wrong what she was doing taken law into her own hands.

Akira was not amused as the handcuffs restrained her hands and the officer rattled off some list of rights, only truly listening to the first point: You have the right to remain silent.  If that was true, then there was no reason to give any information to the police even during any interrogation she was sure to be put into.  There was no way she was telling them anything about her, or her vendetta, the reason she had almost killed Kageyama.  She saw no point in struggling, since it would only make things worse, so she unhappily complied as she was put in the back of the car.

His first question Akira considered answering, thinking to herself that Kageyama had deserved a threat that extreme, but she did not speak.  She had clearly heard his words, but refused to say anything, instead glaring pointedly through the window and occasionally alternating her gaze out the front of the car.  She had no interest in answering his questions and did not care what he thought of her.  All that was on her mind was getting out of police custody and back on the trail of Akechi.  The only thing that truly mattered was avenging her brother, and as soon as she was free that was what she would do.

Akira began to wonder what would happen once they arrived at the station, whether she would be interrogated right away or have to wait, where she would be held considering her age and gender, and if they would even have any information on her identity.  She had abandon civilization for years, had not even attended an official school, and had obtained a fake passport to enter the country, but was there anything from before Tatsuya's death?  It was doubtful that the SCPD had anything on her.

Adam drive while he was driving. He wondered why she hadn't said a word. He understand why. He read her rights. Normally people spoke even after She was different. "I'm sure it was for a cause?" he raised a eye brow, as he attempted to take a different approach with her. He felt like she did it for a cause. Perhaps he had wronged her some way. Or perhaps he wrong a sibling or a family member. He did not know. However what she did was not just. What ever she did it was Not Justice at all what's so ever. People don't normally do what she did.

Adam was nearing the station."You do realize, beginning Justice into your hands isn't Justice? Before you give me a story about the police not doing there jobs. You've never went to them have you? OR to me personally? So are you going to tell me what you did? I've met my share of people. I'm sure you didn't mean it and was misguided." he told her calmly. He was slowly nearing the station."You're last chance, to repent. Before the Interrogation." It would be wise for her to remain silence. Adam was testing her if she would give in or not. She would be best to not speak at all. Simply wait twenty four hours. She might be released. If they held nothing on her. Though attempted murder would be one of them. Attempt Assault with a Deadly weapon was another offense.

Shaking his head slowly as he waited for some sort of reply. Though he really didn't think she would speak. Then again he wasn't entirely sure.

Of course it had been for a cause, everything any human did was for a reason.  Akira had no qualms with the SCPD; she simply wanted to murder the one who had stolen from her, that was all.  It was only if they interfered that she would act against them directly.  Why was humanity not allowed to do whatever it pleased?  The world would be chaotic, but surely no more than parts of it still were?  But no, instead there had to be government, order, authorities.  She despised them yet made no deliberate act of defiance against them, choosing to ignore them instead.  She would carry out her act of revenge whether they liked it or not.

His lecture was ineffective, as for half of the time she ignored him.  If he was attempting to get her to repent then he was doing a terrible job of it, but at least he was trying; she had to give him credit for that.  No, she had never gone to the police because she knew that they would not be willing to assist her, or maybe even arrest Akechi.  She was not misguided, in fact she was clearly set on the path that led to her only desire.

She could almost see the station, or what she assumed was the station, and was relieved to know that his lecture was coming to an end.  He was goading her on, trying to get her to speak.  Silence.  She would withstand the interrogation and anything following it, and hopefully they would press no charges.  Even if they did, perhaps she deserved them because she had been caught in the first place, though she would not be so careless again.  She turned her head to the side defiantly, refusing his last offer at repentance.  Everything would be over and done with in less than two days, she was sure of that.

Akira failed to take into account her attempted murder--how she had come close to killing a man over information.  If she cracked during the interrogation, she was done for, but what hold did they have on her?  She doubted they would be capable of finding any chink in her armor.

Adam frowned. Nothing.. Zip, nada. He had gotten nothing from her. Nothing at all. Shame, it seems his interrogation failed at the moment. She would do best to keep quiet if she wanted to be released. Adam did not see black and gray or black and white like others cops and government did. He was pretty open on this. She would soon found out that he will be dismissing the attempt murder. He could press them himself he would go against it. Mostly because it didn't seem right. Perhaps she had a reason for it. He drive in and parked the car. Coming out he would then turn his car off and exit. He opened the passenger door and took her, closing the door behind he locked the car. And made his way towards the Station.

"I won't be the one interrogation you. NO charges will be pressed. Keep quiet. Don't say a word. When you are released, If you purse the man earlier. Next I will act. " He told her in truth. Everyone deserved second chances so did she. He told her what she had to do. Sure she would be shocked to hear what he just said. But Akira needed to understand the world wasn't out to get you. And put you in the hell. He did this to everyone whom got caught. A second chance. Because honestly the system to judge kinda sucked. It was flawed. They were some Judges that were fair.

He brought to the questioning room. And sat her down. He winked at her not a expecting a thanks of any kind for her. He would then leave the room and go get himself some coffee. He needed some time to think what he has done. Was releasing a person who was about murder someone such a good idea? So many thoughts that ran in his head. He needed time to think.

He entering his office and poured himself some coffee in a coffee mug once he entered his office. He then went to his chair and would slowly take a seat on the chair. And sip on the coffee.

Akira could not deny being proud of her ability to keep quiet, but she was not about to brag about it.  Though, at times it did produce difficulty because it was partially a result of her stubbornness.  In this situation it was mostly beneficial, even if they decided to take physical actions, though she doubted that was even legal.  She could handle a simple police interrogation just as she could handle being stabbed or having a bone broken; it would hurt like hell but she would simply grit her teeth and bear the pain silently.  Of course, that brought up the issue of her training, since her mentors had not been the nicest of people.  They were the ones who had spurred her toward getting revenge, who had helped her pain tolerance by putting her in agony, who had planted ideas of their own in her mind even though she believed that they belonged to her.  They had made her their weapon, and once she had finished with her personal mission of vengeance she would return to them without purpose, theirs for the taking.

She went along with him into the station, knowing that she would follow his advice even when it was a police officer giving it; she had thought of the same thing.  Did that make them somewhat similar?  Soon enough she was sat down in the nondescript room in which she knew her interrogation would take place, though she did not know who would be questioning her.  She wondered why they had not gone to remove her mask, but it was coming sooner or later.  If they wanted to really get her talking, they would at least have to know the basics of who she was, which began with uncovering her face.  It made her wonder what they would think of her once they knew her age, if they would assume less of her because of it.  Perhaps it would work in her favor.

Adam was in his office. He wouldn't tell his boss Lucas what he just did. Gave advice to a female that would or might be a future potential murderer. He shook his head. Perhaps she would follow another path since Adam just gave her a second chance. Miles knocked out his door. "Come in." Adam Said calmly. Given a small yet short file on the male victim. Miles took it and nodded.

Miles would make his way towards the room and he would open the door and sit down. opposite on her he reached for her face and removed the mask. The case file dropped from his hands, as he realized it was a female. And a young female at that."No bloody way.." He said in an English Accent. She was a female? "You're a female?" He questioned. He decided to pull himself together. Miles never knew young females were capable of attempt murder with a sword. He open it. And showed a picture of the man."Why did you want to kill him?" He asked. He was give a Notification that she had a blade to that man.

"You could have killed him. With a Deadly Sharp Weapon. Attempted Murder is serious crime." he told informed her. If she was wise. She would keep quiet through the entire interrogation. if she remained quiet through the twenty four hour period. She would be released. Because they would have nothing on her. Adam did not charged her without anything. Nor did that man. She wasn't speaking. They could not hold her there without something. Right now all they had was she had a blade to him. Wearing clothing, She could of been acting in self defense.

He shook his head. As miles waited for something to gain in return. He still got nothing. He decided to wait a bit longer before he made further with questioning. Miles was determined to get answers and put her in the hole. Because Miles was looking for a promotion of sort.

Waiting for someone to come in, Akira looked around the room, running simulations of how she could take out her interrogator easily, if she were not handcuffed.  Of course, that did not restrain her completely since she had occasionally been trained with her hands or feet bound in preparation for situations such as this.  Though if she wanted to walk free sooner rather than later then she would have to go along with their silly handcuffs and one-way mirrors.  She had been through worse, making this more like a questionnaire than an interrogation.

The door opened and Akira lazily glanced in the man's direction, showing no interest even with her mask on, and soon enough that had been removed.  Finally she would got some kind of reaction.  As he voiced his disbelief on the subject of her gender she glared at him, dropping her eyelids to show she was unimpressed with his analytical skills.  Of course she was a girl, could he not tell that from her figure?  Honestly, he would fail if that was the extent of his observational ability.  The questions that followed went unanswered, as usual, since keeping quiet was her best bet.

Akira was definitely aware of the fact that she could have ended Kageyama's life, but she found no reason to care.  She hadn't gone that far anyway, so why did it even matter anymore?  Sure, he was potentially in the hospital now, but he deserved it for not saying anything.  The man would gain nothing from his questions, as keeping quiet was an easy feat especially if there was nothing that truly got under her skin.  No one aside from her mentors had any knowledge of her past, let alone a police department in the US, and she had made sure to keep herself quiet until she confronted Kageyama.

Miles looked at her. He was waiting and waiting for something. For her to say something in return. He got nothing she did not say a single word to him which was awfully odd. Most people broke down easily. Which this seemed to be not the case. Shaking his head he would simply sigh."Do you understand how bad of a trouble you are? You could be facing life in prison." He tried to intimidation her. Attempt to get her to speak. He needed something to get his blood following. If he could do that he could get a handsome pay raise along with a fancy promotion those were always nice. He needed that promotion to look all nice and fancy. To be the big boy.

He got nothing from her, as several hours passed as he attempted to gain information information from her, to no anvil did it work his thirsty for that promotion was slowly slipping all. He slammed his hands on the table, and stood up, grabbed the photo, tucked it into the file and stormed out the door like an angry child.

Within the next twenty four hours that have passed. Adam finally came in with the keys to the cuffs. And undid them, taken them back as he spoke."You're free to go. We got nothing on you. " he then leaned over and whispered to her ear."I'm not charging you. I wouldn't attempt to do that stunt again. I would strongly advise against you using a strong to a man's body parts." With that being said. Adam made his way towards the door and opened it, waving his hand at it. For her to go first. It seemed Miles was glaring at him and her that. Because he did not get anything from Akira.

Akira refused to crack, no matter what the man said or asked her.  He was not even trying very hard, it seemed, and she was disappointed in him.  It would require more intense methods to make her speak a word.  Was he accustomed to weaker people?  If that were the case then he would not come even close to getting answers, and she inwardly smirked as she realized that she could be his downfall.  If he was trying to gain anything from cracking her then he would fail miserably, putting a failure on his record, the state of which she did not know, but in any case it would not benefit him in any way.  For several hours she simply sat there, listening to him ask questions and attempt to intimidate her, until it seemed he finally gave up, threw a temper tantrum, and stormed out.

Akira had spent the remaining time of the twenty-four hours simply thinking, meditating, wondering why they had not removed from the room, but perhaps they had no other safe place to put her.  She was absorbed in herself until the officer who arrested her entered the room, taking her back to reality and the fact that she had successfully waited long enough.  As he removed the handcuffs she could not stop a slight smile from spreading on her face.  His words were ignored because they went against her entire goal, and she gladly left the room and headed straight toward the exit of the building, wanting to leave as soon as possible.  Soon enough, she was back in the city, ready to look for vengeance again, though perhaps after a fair amount of sleep.
